Our lovely MD, Alison, has recently been back to the Channel Islands to visit our schools in Guernsey and Jersey. Although we speak to our schools daily and have built strong relationships with them over the years, visiting them in person is an important part of the service we offer. Not only does it give us invaluable insight for our teachers, but it also sets us apart as a dedicated and trusted supplier to the schools we work with.

Schools still need good agencies to provide reliable, quality staff, due to skills shortages and limited hiring budgets. And this is where we come in. Through our visits, we get to know each individual school team and their unique environment. This first-hand knowledge not only helps us match the best teachers with the right schools, but it also helps us answer any questions our teachers might have, so they can be as prepared as possible before starting.
