Refer a friend and share up to £500

At Red Lester we believe talent should be rewarded. Even if you’re not looking for a new role, our Refer a Friend scheme allows you to earn by referring someone you know. We will reward successful teaching referrals with up to £500 worth of Amazon vouchers for you to share.

The process is simple… refer a Teacher to us by filling in the form below and we will acknowledge receipt. Once they have completed 4 weeks with us we’ll send you a £250 Amazon voucher, plus we’ll send them a £100 Amazon voucher as a thank-you too. If they work for us for a further 4 weeks we’ll send you another £150 Amazon voucher – so that’s £500 in total between you!

We’re also always on the lookout for talented support roles, so if you refer a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant there’s still £150 worth of Amazon vouchers to share – £100 for you and £50 for them once they have completed 4 weeks with us.
